I have been a patient of Dr. Roach for over 10 years, and I willingly make the hour-and-a-half drive from Sebastian, FL because the trust, consistency, and quality of care are unmatched. That level of confidence in a healthcare provider is rare—and for me, it makes every mile worth it. Who can honestly say they love going to the dentist? I can—and there’s nothing quite like leaving with that wonderful clean-teeth feeling. From the beginning, Dr. Roach has taken a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to my care. Every treatment plan is explained clearly and thoroughly, with plenty of time to review options and ask questions. The focus is always on long-term oral health, particularly the health and condition of my teeth and gums, guided by an honest and conservative philosophy. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary procedures, and I have complete confidence that every recommendation is made with my best interests in mind. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roach and her team. I called her office so frustrated and her front desk went above and beyond to assist me. I came in for a minor cosmetic adjustment to my veneers and was surprised to learn I still had excess dental cement from my original procedure. Dr. Roach was incredibly meticulous, honest, and detail-oriented. She explained everything before starting and took a conservative approach, only treating what truly needed to be done. My veneers were beautifully polished, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She also gave me my confidence back in my smile. Finding a dentist you genuinely trust is rare and I can say without hesitation that I wouldn’t go to anyone other than Dr. Roach. She’s exceptionally meticulous, thoughtful and thorough. She takes the time to do things right, explains everything clearly and never makes me feel pressured into unnecessary treatments or procedures. What sets her apart most is her ability to catch and correct what others have missed. Dr. Roach has identified problems that could have become serious if left untreated and she’s corrected work that was done poorly elsewhere. That level of attention and competence gives me complete confidence in her care. Beyond all that, she’s ethical. In an industry where some practices feel like high-pressure sales environments, Dr. Roach focuses on what actually needs to be done. That integrity is everything and it’s why I trust her without reservation. If you want a dentist who is careful, highly skilled and focused on your wellbeing rather than her bottom line, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Getting veneers with Dr. Roach was genuinely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came to her after a really disappointing experience with another dentist in Miami where the work turned out nothing like I was promised. I was embarrassed, frustrated, and honestly nervous to trust anyone again. From the first visit, Dr. Roach and her staff made me feel comfortable and heard. She took her time, explained what needed to be corrected, and was so meticulous about every detail. The entire process felt thoughtful and intentional, not rushed or cookie cutter.
